Patrick and Sarah Schaffer grow primarily corn and soybeans in the Chippewa Valley.  They utilize much of the latest technology available on their agricultural operation.  

Pat is President of the Eau Claire Farm Bureau. Sarah is a Farm Bureau Board Member and the driving force of Farm-City Day.  About 1000 people attended the 2008 event at their Pleasant Valley farm.  Thank you Pat and Sarah!
